*plant flowers *avoid pesticides

IF youare interested in becoming a beekeeper yourself(yay!!), we do offer some group "yard days" throughout spring/ summer/ and fall. This can help the beginning beekeeper get some hands on experience, ask questions, and meet other beekeepers. Call or check our Events page for updates.

Fall and Winter '16

Our Honeybees had a great year and the honey harvest was good! It has been busy extracting with old friends and new beekeepers through September. We are happy to have honey for sale at this time. Call or message us through our Facebook web page, Mark T. Durst & Sons.
Fall is also when we have candles again. Nothing beats a cozy afternoon at home with candles and maybe a good book! ,  If you are interested-browse our Beeswax Candle selection. We will be happy to take orders through our website, or for pick up if you are local.

We do not sell equipment, but happily recommend Mann Lake and Dadant as two companies that can meet that need.

**yes that's us!
A special thanks to our wonderful customers, family and friends, hobbyists, and bee enthusiasts who share our commitment to an environmentally-responsible tradition of beekeeping and a bee-friendly community.

  We appreciate your support.

As a company, we are committed to our product and do not purchase honey from other  beekeepers. This ensures the quality of our product and protects our promise that this is truly local honey. However, this means  when our honey is gone, we are out until the next harvest.
